William “Skip” Gibson holds a BA from Cleveland State University and a Master’s in Education Administration/Counseling from Case Western Reserve University. He served 26 years as an Intensive Probation Manager for the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, and he has served the last seven years as Chief Probation Officer for the Cleveland Heights Municipal Court.
